Conditions of reservation :

• For the following hotels : AMARIS and NEW MONTMARTRE, the reservation must be made through Toxibase.
•  For the STELLA hotel, you may make your reservation directly to the hotel, specifying the meeting reference or Toxibase.

As the number of rooms in each hotel is limited, the reservations will be taken into account according to their order of arrival.

Deadline for registration
November 15th 1998. After this date the participants should register on Thursday 3rd from 1.30 pm, before the start of the meeting (payment in French Francs), but lunch and hotel accommodation could not be guaranteed.

Conditions for bursary
A bursery of 500 ECUS is open to participants adhering to the following conditions : 1°) you must be Elisad member (or starting Elisad member from 1999) ; 2°) you must be an information professional working in the AOD field in Europe ; 3°) you must be in a situation where there is no other financing possible.
To apply for a bursery, please send a letter to the Elisad treasurer : Mrs C. Rouge, c/o ISPA-SFA, P.o Box 870, CH-1001 Lausanne, Switzerland. This letter must contain a short curriculum vitae, a description of your work and of the organization you work for, your plans for future development of your centre.

Conditions of cancellation and reimbursement
Cancellations received by post (cancellations by phone or fax will not be taken into account) at Toxibase before 10 November 1998 will lead to the reimbursement of the sum paid, after deduction of 100 FF for administrative costs.
 Cancellations received after 10 November 1998 can not be reimbursed.

Clôture des inscriptions
Le 15 novembre 1998. Au-delà de cette date les participants pourront s’inscrire sur les lieux du colloque le Jeudi après-midi à partir de 13h30 (réglement sur place en francs français), sans toutefois que l’on puisse leur garantir les repas ou l’hébergement.

Conditions d’attribution des bourses
Une bourse de 500 ECUS est ouverte aux participants aux conditions suivantes : 1°) vous devez être membre d’Elisad (ou le devenir d’ici 1999) ; 2°) vous devez être un professionnel de l’information travaillant dans le champ de l’alcool ou des toxicomanies ; 3°) vous n’avez pas le choix d’autre contribution financière.
Pour bénéficier de cette bourse, merci d’envoyer une lettre au trésorier d’Elisad : à Mme C. Rouge, c/o ISPA-SFA, Po Box 870, CH-1001 Lausanne, Suisse. Cette lettre doit contenir un curriculum vitae succint, une description de votre travail ou de l’organisation pour laquelle vous travaillez, vos projets de développement futur de votre centre de documentation ou d’information.

Conditions d’annulation et de remboursement
Toute annulation reçue par écrit (il ne sera pas tenu compte des annulations par téléphone ou télécopie) à Toxibase avant le donnera droit au remboursement des sommes versées après déduction de 100 FF pour frais administratifs. Toute inscription annulée après le ne fera l’objet d’aucun remboursement.

Nous vous précisons que ne seront acceptées que les communications présentant des résumés afin de pouvoir prendre une décision quant à votre texte. Votre exposé ne devra pas excéder 20 minutes.
