Registration rules

• This year the number of participants is limited to 40 persons: that's why it is better to register quickly to make sure that you will participate…

• The meeting is free of charge for one person who paid (or whose organization paid) the membership before 31 July 2000.

• A registration fee of 50 Euro is requested for any participant whose membership isn't paid before 31 July 2000.

• A registration fee of 50 Euro is requested for a second participant of the same organization.

• A registration fee of 200 Euro is requested for non-members.

• The meeting is free of charge for participants belonging to Eastern European organizations. But they are free to become Associate Members (annual fee: 80 Euro) if they want benefit of further advantages : Journal, mailing list...

• Your registration will not be taken into account as long as your payment isn’t confirmed.

How much should I pay?

There are three different annual membership fees:

• Euro 120 or 192 Swiss Francs for a member or organization situated within Europe

• Euro 80 or 128 Swiss Francs for a member or organization situated out of Europe

• Euro 40 or 64 Swiss Francs for SALIS members

To your membership fee, you will have to add a registration fee of :

• Euro 50 or 80 Swiss Francs if your membership fee is not paid before 31 July 2000

• Euro 50 or 80 Swiss Francs if a second person of your organization is participating

• Euro 50 or 80 Swiss Francs if a third person of your organization is participating…

If you don’t want to be a member, but just participate to the meeting, you have to pay:

• Euro 200 or 320 Swiss Francs, as a registration fee
