Gateway news 9 (10 November 2003)
A search for all files in our gateway gives today a result of 838 files.
Don't be so proud : among them, 277 are "in progress". This means that only 561 files have been yet analysed, and among these there are still 2 doubloons.
83 new files have been completed in 2 months and 10 days : the input average per month is currently of 35 files.

The award for the best input is given to the Archido/Bisdro team and to Gunnel Larsson.
Still 1/3 of our Gateway files are empty. I personally think that this big proportion must be very frustrating for our visitors.
Duplicates :
- Alcoweb has been done by Toxibase and by Drugscope
- International Association for Cannabis as Medicine has been done by Archido and by Drugscope.
The funny thing is to state the difference in quotation for the same file : one partner gave 80/100 where the other gave only 30/100. I suggest the mentioned partners to get into contact with each-other and to decide which ones are to be kept and to be desabled.
Corrected files : Today about 325 files have been proofred thanks to Stephan.
Promotion : I am waiting to know :
- which local promotion you did with the leaflet sent 6 months ago.
- if a link has been put from your organisations website to the Gateway.
- your comments on the draft of the new brochure sent yesterday.
Two typographical tips :
- Always write your evaluator's name in the same way : puting a coma or not is destroying the ordering and doesn't allow you to see a correct alphabetical order (doubloons) of your files.
- In the URL field, don't rewrite "www" as it is automatically added out of the field...
